We closed our new partnership, Black Hawk Royalty, LP, on August 31, 2009, at $4,925,000.00. So far, we have acquired the following properties:

Producing Properties Package

We participated with MAP in the acquisition of a 13 state royalty package. The package currently has 795 producing properties. The closing date was October 1, 2009.

Haynesville Shale, Northern Louisiana

To date, Black Hawk Royalty has purchased a total of 241+ acres in 38 drilling and spacing units. Of these sections, 4 currently have Haynesville Shale wells producing, 3 sections have drilling permits filed and 2 sections are presently drilling.

Cana Woodford, Western Oklahoma

We have acquired 267+ acres in 20 drilling and spacing units in Canadian and Blaine Counties of Oklahoma. Of these sections, 6 have wells drilled and completed and 3 have permits with 1 well drilling.

Colony Wash/Granite Wash, Western Oklahoma

We have acquired 17+ acres in 3 drilling and spacing units in Washita County of Oklahoma. Of these sections, 1 is producing, 1 is permitted and 1 is set to be drilled in the first quarter of 2010.

Fayetteville Shale, Western Arkansas

We have acquired 36+ acres in 4 drilling and spacing units. Of these, 2 have wells drilled and completed and 2 have permits to drill.
