July 2008 - We acquired interest in 1,018 royalty acres located in Bossier Parish and Caddo Parish, Louisiana in the heart of the Haynesville Shale play.

June 2008 - We acquired an ORRI in the Chandeleur Sound Addition, St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana.

May 2008 - We acquired property in Cedar Hills Field North and South in Bowman County, North Dakota, and in the Pinedale Field in Sublette County, Wyoming as well.

May 2008 - We brokered 180 acres of royalty in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma.

May 2008 - We hosted the 2nd Annual Charlie Brown Invitational Golf Tournament this month at The Territory Golf Club. This year's tournament was won by the group of Bill Manning, Dan Willits, Jim Tack and Bob May. Thanks to David Smith of Chesapeake for acting as the official photographer again this year.
