Brown (Charlie). For the past 28 years, Charlie has been actively acquiring properties for both his portfolio and his manage partnerships. He has also been involved as both broker and partner with private individuals as well as for some of the industry giants such as Mineral Acquisition Partners, Inc. (MAP) and Noble Royalties, Inc.

The company's primary areas of interest are the Gulf Coast, Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountains. The company currently manages 16 partnerships that own interests in over 6000 producing wells located in 10 states.
